A company in San Benedetto del Tronto, the fishing town, that as made its own the tradition of the processing of fish products.

We have always worked on this dream, updating it from time to time to adapt it to modern techniques and trends, without neglecting the human aspect and its craftsmanship. I say artisan because we work with our hands, we carefully select the catch with our eyes and we put our heart in the preparation.

We are the most critical and demanding customers I know. When we offer a new product, in addition to involving specialized chefs who take care of the recipe, we have a special ritual to taste the novelty: we smell it with our eyes closed, then move on to color and flavor. Over time we have extended the invitation to friends and trusted collaborators, turning the evening into an informal and honest confrontation.

We are a small company, it’s true, but thanks to this we can follow all the steps and live our product, just like when you do the shopping and then cooks for your family or for yourself.

What do we do? Anchovies, salmon, shrimp, ice fish, tuna, swordfish marinated and accompanied by herbs and other ingredients.
